1. Introduction

Welcome to Pets Pleasure ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services located in Lahore, Pakistan. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or booking our pet care services (grooming, training, vet consultation, daycare, etc.), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services We Provide

Pets Pleasure offers a range of products and services including but not limited to:

  • Pet food (cat food, dog food) and supplies
  • Pet toys and grooming products
  • Professional pet grooming
  • Pet training sessions
  • Veterinary consultations
  • Emergency pet care
  • Pet sitting & daycare
  • Nutrition & diet planning

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Product Orders & Pricing

All product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services within Lahore and select areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, courier services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of pet products (food, health items), we accept returns only for unopened, unused items within 3 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt. Perishable goods, opened food, and used grooming products are non-refundable. For services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Bookings & Cancellations

For grooming, training, vet consultations, and daycare:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that shows signs of aggression or contagious illness for the safety of our staff and other animals.

7. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout or service booking.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with our systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Harass our staff, vets, or other customers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pets Pleasure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, pet behavioral changes, or injury during grooming/training. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, images, and software) is the property of Pets Pleasure and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
